Zadi welcomes Sustainable Industrial Engineering students from UNIMORE

At the end of March, Zadi welcomed a delegation of students from the Master’s Degree in Sustainable Industrial Engineering – Department of Engineering “Enzo Ferrari” – at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (UNIMORE), accompanied by Professor Giulio Allesina.
The visit was an opportunity for direct exchange between university and industry, allowing the students to gain a closer look at Zadi and the work the company carries out in the automotive, agricultural and industrial sectors.

For Zadi, dialogue with the academic world and the local community holds concrete value. Opening the company to occasions like this means sharing experiences, expertise and visions on topics that are central to industry today, such as product innovation, process evolution and sustainability.
The relationship with younger generations is part of this path. Fostering opportunities for exchange with students training in sustainable industrial engineering means contributing to the development of professionals ready to face the transformations of the manufacturing sector.
Initiatives like this strengthen the bond between industry, university and local community, confirming Zadi‘s commitment to education and to an industry capable of evolving with competence and responsibility.
