1962: The foundation The acronym ZADI
comes from the names of the founders, Antonio Zavatti and Enrico Diacci, two employees of Magneti Marelli that, after having left the company, undertook their own designs and manufacture of molds for Magneti Marelli.
The 70s: National field leadership

1977:CSI was born
Realizing the criticality of quality consistency, especially during assembly, ZADI constitutes CSI Srl, a small, but highly qualified company, dedicated to the design and construction of industrial automation for the Group Companies. Today CSI develops all production equipment according to the Poka Yoke logic and automation.
The 80s: Internationalization and European Leadership
CSI began working with the Group YAMAHA and more specifically with its French localization, YAMAHA-MBK, which will see ZADI present with its kit of locks for the model BOOSTER, the most successful scooter of that era.

2000:From the supply of products to the offer of a complete system
In 2001, the Group continues to grow with the acquisition of a company that, in a hundred years, has covered the history of the motorcycle: FRATELLI PAGANI of Milan, a manufacturer of lighting equipment and instrumentation under the brand CEV.
After going through a period of difficulties linked to the crisis in international markets, finally in 2013 Zadi joined the Bruno Group, an emerging Italian industrial group, modern and dynamic, mainly operating in the energy sector and Industrial and civil LED lighting.
In 2014 Ecie Ltd. and its Chinese subsidiary Ecie Chengdu
Were taken over, a Lainate company specializing in the production of headlights and dashboards for the motorcycles, cars and agricultural machinery sectors.
Begins the period of synergies between the companies of the group that while operating on different markets

Today the HB4 Group
